Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ExtraBitHosty. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Termination

Hosting that expires and isn't renewed within 10 days (VPS within 48 hours, Dedicated Server within 72 hours) will be terminated. Deleted data cannot be recovered. Clients will be informed via email or call, and ExtraBitHosty is not responsible if the client fails to check notifications.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund:

• Spam/Phishing Websites
• Email Marketing
• Proxy Scripts, Anonymizers
• Pirated Software, Warez
• Adult/Pornographic Content
• Bitcoin Mining
• Fraudulent or Hacking-related Content
• Illegal File Hosting (MP3, MP4, Movies, ISO Files, etc.)
• .tk, .ml, .cf, .ga domain hosting is not allowed

3. Funds & Credit Balance

No refunds will be issued once funds are added to the ExtraBitHosty wallet. Refunds for services purchased using wallet funds will be credited back to the wallet only.

4. Domain Registration

Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Clients must verify successful registration and report any issues within 7 working days.

5. Backups & Recovery

Free backups are provided as a courtesy, but ExtraBitHosty is not responsible for lost data. Accounts larger than 20GB are not included in backups.

6. Reactivation Fee

If a service is suspended due to malware, phishing, or prohibited content, a reactivation fee of ₹1000/₹500 INR applies.

7. Adult Content Policy

We strictly prohibit hosting adult content, including pornography and nudity.

8. Affiliates Program

Affiliate commissions are only applicable for hosting plans and will be paid after 60 days if no fraudulent activity is detected.

9. Security & DDoS Protection

Use of ExtraBitHosty services for DDoS attacks, viruses, malware distribution, or hacking-related activities will result in immediate termination.

10. Wrong Details

Accounts with incorrect email or contact details may be suspended until valid information is provided.

11. SMM Panels

Hosting for SMM panels is only allowed on Plesk hosting. Violations will lead to service termination.

12. Unlimited Hosting Plans

Unlimited hosting does not mean unlimited resources. Excessive usage may require an upgrade to VPS or dedicated hosting.

13. OTP Verification

All users must undergo OTP verification via WhatsApp to ensure authenticity.

14. Client Identity Verification

Clients purchasing VPS, dedicated servers, or RDP access must provide ID verification.

15. Warning System

Users violating policies may receive up to 3 warnings before being banned from WhatsApp or call support.

16. Modification of Terms

ExtraBitHosty reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
