1. Eligibility for Refund
- Web Hosting Plans are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued only to your ExtraBitHosty ClientArea wallet. No bank or card refunds are
supported.
- Game Hosting Plans (Minecraft, FiveM, Rust) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are limited to one per customer — multiple services or signups are not
eligible.
- Product upgrades or downgrades are non-refundable.
- If you already have a product and order a new one, refund will not be applicable.
- No refund will be issued if our technical team confirms no fault on our side.
- The refunded amount will be processed and credited within 7 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Services
- Domain registrations and renewals
- SSL certificates
- Custom add-ons and services
- Game hosting services
- Any service terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
4. Additional Charges and Deductions
- We do not refund any tax, transaction charges, or convenience fees.
- Refund Charges:
- Indian Users: 2% of the refunded amount will be deducted as refund processing fee.
- PayPal Users: 10% of the refunded amount will be deducted as refund processing fee.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Log in to your ExtraBitHosty account.
- Open a support ticket under “Billing”.
- Include your order ID and a brief reason for the refund.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 24–48 hours.
